2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. canola oil
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, whisk until moistened. Add more milk if needed. Stir in blueberries. Cook on preheated surface. Flip when bubbles form and edges of pancake are firm.
Makes 10-12 pancakes.
